The Never Ending Story began on the Amiga Info BBS back in the late eighties. Many people contributed, some badly, some with elan, and sometimes two people would start desperate bouts of reciprocal posting to try and subvert each others spin on the story

Unfortunately the dates have been lost from many of the postings. The first ones were not really posted in 1970, they are from around 1987.

I saved the messages before Amiga Info closed down, in the hope that the story could continue on Equinox, but it never took off. However if you feel like mailing me a contribution, I'll put it online.

Not suitable for children

So here it is in all its glory of bad spelling, poor formatting, mangled grammar, and creative exuberance. A story in 150-odd parts.
